Bend it like Beckham movie

I saw this movie called "Bend It Like Beckham" that was interesting to me. When i first saw it i thought it was going to be like other sports movie that they show one guy or one team that goes thru conflict then at the end they win the championship. And the movie is about a girl named Jess she comes from India culture and she meets a English girl named Jules and they both play soccer very well. And Jules find Jess play in the park and Jules tells Jess to come play for her team because Jess is a great player. And she goes to try it out and she meets her coach named Joe and she does it and she does great in first try out and the coach wants her back to play for him.

So Jess starts playing for Joe team and her parents don't want her to play soccer especially her mother. Jess mom thinks is a waste of time to keep playing soccer. Even do Jess comes from a different culture Jules is also having the same problem with her mom. Also their moms are from different cultures they want the same thing for their daughters all they want is that their daughter get married, learn to cook, do girly stuff, and have babies. Even do people are from different cultures, places they can still think the same and have some of the same ideas. But Jess and Jules Dad act the same way they are ok with their daughter's playing soccer and even they went to see daughter's play in a game.

Until Jess has to keep this a secrete from her parents so she can play and get glory and she has to lie about a job that she has. So her parents believe she goes to work until Jess goes to Germany and her dad sees a picture of her team in the newspaper he is reading. So her mom and dad are angry at her that she lie to play a ridiculous game that what her mom said. And her coach Joe try's to speak to her parent' to let her play again and still her parents say no. But the truth is that Jules and Jess are best friends but like the man which is their coach named Joe. And in the same trip when she went to Germany she kiss Joe and Jules got mad cause that happen cause she like Joe and Jess didn't know that she did. Their friendship went thru a rocky path but they got it back together in the final game. But there was a problem with she going to the final game is was the same day her sister named Paki wedding day and she couldn't go. until her dad let her go so she can look happy in the wedding. So she makes it to the final game and is tied 1-1 and a foul was committed and theirs a free kick and she has to bend it like beckham to win the game. And when she is ready to bend the ball like beckham she hallucinate about her family being the wall to block the ball and she does not what that life she wants more so she bends the ball and wins the game for her team and she has been giving the chance to play in America professionally. But she didn't decide to go just yet she fist went back to her sister wedding and was happy and her dad was happy too. So after the wedding she told her parents and her family members that she wants to go to America to go to college and play professionally. So her parents let her go and Jules is going with her cause the scout wanted her too so their both going to play in the same college in Santa Clair. And Joes decide to wait for Jess to comeback to give a shot to try it out a relatioship and Coach Joe decided to stay with Jess not with Jules and she is ok with that.

This movie is a very interesting movie to watch I will advice you to go get this movie and watch it and you will be interested and it will keep u in the movie. It's a great movie to see how other cultures interact and see that i doesn't matter where u come from y'all sometimes have the same problem.
